Hi, my name is Cassi Smith, MCPC

Certified Transition & Boundary Coach

I guide overextended multi-passionates to challenge social norms

as they come back to their internal values and direction.

A multi-passionate person has multiple true callings in life,

leading to diverse interests and pursuits.

Embracing this uniqueness often means navigating outside traditional boundaries

and seeking unconventional support.

Hi, I am that unconventional support!

Being a multi-passionate person, I enjoy trying on different lives.

  • I worked in 22 workplaces in 17 years.

  • I moved 11 times in 12 years.

  • Due to that, my relationships with friends, family, and romantic partners often shifted.

After deciding to leave another soul-sucking job where my anxiety and depression were triggered, I knew I needed to really dig deep into what I truly wanted out of life. I was exhausted from being drained by my workplaces and my relationships.

I began exploring the concept of being a multi-passionate person.

I realized something interesting. My choices weren’t as random or chaotic as others had led me to believe. Out of those 22 workplaces, they were across a range of fields, I excelled in each one and I usually had at least two jobs at once. I simply ended up not liking them due to toxic environments and I was willing to walk away when a job didn’t align with what I truly sought in a workplace. I actually gave a lot of thought into every job choice I made. Looking back now, I can clearly see how my values guided me, even when I didn’t fully recognize it at the time.

I realized I had been ignoring my internal voice, that gut feeling that guides us.

What everyone else thought I “should” be doing in life, ended up overshadowing what I wanted. I never quite fit the conventional boxes, which left me feeling like a misfit. Society often nudged me down a traditional path that just didn’t fit, leaving me constantly wanting more out of life.

With the multi-passionate lens added, I started gathering information.

I was reading a lot of self-improvement books, going to workshops, practicing boundary-work, basically anything I could get my hands on. I also tried talking to coaches. There, I gained valuable insight, but it was ultimately not the right type of support I was seeking. I wanted someone to help me figure out how to make sense of my varying skills, experiences, and passions.

While I was experiencing all this, people began to notice changes in me.

We’d chat and they’d open up about wanting to make changes in their lives too, but they weren’t finding the right type of support either. It hit me that maybe I could help them. If I could navigate my own puzzle, maybe I could help them with theirs. I don’t want anyone to feel alone in their journey.

Now I'm a Certified Transition & Boundary Coach!

I am married to my ultra-supportive partner and we have a child together. I am grounded in my internal values and making choices intentionally. Which is then allowing me to help other people through their transition periods with my build your own adventure type framework.

I love to make change fun!
